“I have had my inks from 999 for many years now, and up to now I have always given 4.5, and I confidently recommend them to my friends. However, this time when I agreed to pay I found there was a hidden delivery charge. I know 999 have to pay for this service. However, I think a company such as 999 should have the confidence to be totally up front with their charges. The disappointment will make me look around in the future.”

“Inadvertently duplicated an order. Emailed 999 to explain. Sorted it out. Money back in my account 5 days after. Only used the black upto now but works fine.”

“I don't use my printer as often as I used to, so my purchasing needs have decreased. I try to make my purchases coincide with the fantastic discounts that 999inks give out when thay can, and I do appreciate this gesture from them. The ink is always good quality and last quite a long time.”
