Elements was a revelation when I used it to recover fitness, and confidence, after a major neck injury. I now use movements from Elements as part of any warm-up as it quickly identifies areas of weakness/tiredness to be aware of. I revisit the program from scratch whenever I feel the need for an overhaul. I have used Integral Strength and Vitamin to explore and improve strength through ranges of motion (sorry sounds like one of your adds) so I am good to go for the sports I enjoy - windsurfing, kite-surfing. surfing, and more recently wing foiling. My goal is to be fit to enjoy the sports fully and to be able to crash with confidence. I crash a lot.
