I’ve spent many years in the gym, training with bodybuilders to powerlifters to functional fitness fanatics to cross fitters, but GMB still manages to surprise me with interesting, challenging moves I’ve never seen. Everything is delivered with a sense of playfulness and exercises are mixed up enough to feel fresh every day. I’m on my fourth round of the mobility course and I never get bored. Plus the programs complement each other well. I’m also working through the integral strength program, and I can tell my body is performing better in those sessions due to the mobility course. And I love the practical aspect of the program delivery - tutorials for each exercise can be skipped when you know what you’re doing (either manually or automatically), but you don’t have to go digging for them if you want a refresher in the middle of a session. Timed exercises, rather than counted reps, means the focus shifts from “getting through it” to a curiosity of what you can manage/improve before time is up. GMB saved me when covid hit and the gyms (my world!) closed. I’ve since given up my gym memberships - I don’t need them anymore.
