Over the past 10 years I've tried different things to stay fit: weight training, high-intensity calisthenics, martial arts, running.
Unfortunately my joints aren't very cooperative and it's easy for me to get injured. Not to mention my herniated disk. My training cycles were often like "train for two weeks, get minor injury, spend two weeks healing." Training like this was frustrating and I wasn't making any significant progress.
One day I stumbled upon GMB, liked the core idea, and decided to give it a try. I'd say it's the best training format I've tried so far.
GMB programs help to improve my strength and mobility while simultaneously injury proofing my body. Now I can train for months, sometimes having 5-6 workouts per week, without having to take any breaks to heal.
I'd highly recommend GMB to anyone who wants to get stronger, nimbler, and overall feel better in their body. All while having fun and feeling good (some workouts will be hard, but you won't feel like you were hit by a bus afterwards either)!
