I'm a 52 active male who mountain bikes, hikes, runs and swims 3-6 days a week for the last 2 years. Although I'm in good shape something was missing that I could feel in my body. My joints & ligaments were not feeling so strong and I had a few minor issues. I looked for some answers and thought GMB could help. I was so glad I found them!! Although it took me around 4 months to start feeling strong and for the pains to go away in my wrists (they weren't used to my body weight being on them and from old injuries - 3 broken bones/wrist in my right hand 1 in my left hand) After that adjustment period I can say I've never felt stronger. I've made gains in my flexibility but also strength and an overall feeling of well-being in my joints that I don't know how to describe other than secure. I wasn't happy with my aging process, but completely happy with what I've learned here and how it's turned around how my body feels.
