I started elements a few months ago. Started doing 15mins a day option
I found my daily movements just became a little easier. I am moving a lot better.
I’m 46 and have not surfed properly for 10 years, with having kids and back aches.
I feel like I’ll be back in the water in spring and able to surf with my kids rather than just pushing them into waves.
The moves are easy to follow , if you can’t do all of it, get as close as you can , don’t be hard on yourself and just enjoy the process.
