“Not great trying to get confirmation on my partial refund. It was my mistake in loading the photo but it looked right to me initially and it came out cut off so I was emailed I could get partial refund, but nothing has happened since then.”

“I have ordered canvases from this company before with amazing results. This time I needed to order some metal prints for a client. I usually order these from Miller's Lab which is the best pro lab around. But that was not in the budget for my client so I gave this place a try. Huge mistake. I ordered 3 large metal prints for a restuarant and also a smaller canvas. I will say the canvas is beautful, no issues. The metal prints were not so good. Metal prints should be very vibrant and crisp in color and quality. These were dark, miscolored, and not at all an accurate representation of my professional work. I am a long time professional photographer and print my work very often on a large scale. I know there is zero issue on my end with the files - I did confirm before complaining. I felt so much embarrasement upon presenting these to my long time closer clients for their remodeled restaurant. I sold them on metla over canvas and gambled on the lab, and lost. I will also mention that the metal itself is so thin and flimsy. The mount on the back was also terrible and the holes are not at all level. New holes had to be drilled for them to hang properly. This is such a huge disapointment and embarrasment.. I will be back for canvases 100%, but stay away from metal prints from this company and spend the extra money and go to Millers.”

“I have ordered from you before, and I was so pleased I kept the information and knew I'd come back. These are barely worth hanging - and if they were not in my personal craft room I wouldn't hang them. My dogs have orange yellow beards in the two larger prints. It's hideous. The small prints are fine. My photos are not like these canvases.”

“This is the third time I’ve purchased something from here. I love the quality of the products. For my first purchase, customer service reached out to let me know that there was an issue with the image resolution which we resolved before processing. I also love the easy to use hanging kit. Price point is very reasonable and shipping time was as expected if not sooner. Overall great experience”
