“I purchased three canvas prints from photos I uploaded. The colors on all three are horrible. I cannot hang them due to how terrible they look. A few years back I bought four other canvas prints and they were beautiful. I don't know what happened with these three, but something went terribly wrong. I tried to call customer service but no one answers. If I can't reach someone to get this resolved you will lose me as a customer.”

“I’m a professional musician and I have a fully equipped home Rehearsal studio, and I’ve been adding these canvases since 2019 I think. I was curious at first with the super low prices, but they were so excellent with Customer Service. I gave it a shot and have not looked back. The delivery didn’t take that long and the quality was amazing.”

“Ordered two prints on October 14th, 2025, hours apart, both stated an arrival date of October 23rd, 2025. Both prints were needed for funeral services of a loved one being held on October 25th. One print arrived in time, as promised, was well crafted, and met my expectations, and was utilized for the services. The other print didn't arrive until 10/27, four days after the estimated arrival date. Clearly disappointed by this. I have used Easy Canvas in the past and never had an occurrence like this, always pleased with their work and delivery process, but this time, given the occasion, leaves me a little apprehensive about utilizing their services for time sensitive projects. Easy Canvas pricing for prints, remains a leader in this area, but if you can't successfully meet your own stated delivery dates, that becomes a little problematic. Needless to say, disappointed by the less than timely delivery of the second product.”
