“Ordered two canvases. Only one was included in the delivery box. I called resolve the issue. You couldn’t complete a replacement order by Christmas! Very disappointing!!!”

“Disappointed since I ordered the same print from a previous order and these came out super blurry. The previous order was perfect so all I can assume different printer. I called and was instructed to send photos of the blurry print I did and they said they would get back to me in two days And I still have not heard anything that’s going on the fourth day.”

“I am a little unhappy with my order. The pictures were very blurry and pixelized. When I enlarged the image I don't see that not sure why it did that on the canvas. I have ordered previously with no issues but I am not happy with the way my recent order turned out.”

“I have ordered at least 100 prints over the past years. I have several in my home and have given numerous as gifts. I always check the proof before ordering. I have been satisfied with most of my purchases. One of my last orders was a disappointment as much darker than the proof. I would have contacted customer service but accidentally through out the receipt. I do have to commend the company on their excellent customer service. I was able to download the original but would not take the print that I received.”
