“Prints was mounted cutting hair off but the proof was right. Redo and reship was not expedited even though I paid Neary $500 shipping for the original order. I am a multi return customer but it didn’t matter.”

“They never even started my order! I placed my order at Thanksgiving for 2 16x20 prints. They didn’t arrive by Christmas, a month later!! When I called they said they were working on my order!!! WHAT?? Then they blamed me for using standard shipping! They suggest that I cancel my order, reorder and pay for expedited shipping! WHAT AN AWFUL COMPANY!! Won’t ever use them again!”

“I searched for another picture like the one is had purchased. The store where I bought it, didn't have any more. I saw it on line and tried to purchase. Once I had bought it I realized I didn't know who's to download it. It dawned on me how to do it. Why not just take a photo of mine and send it to Easy Canvas to have it printed. Cane”

“The canvas does not look at all like the picture I sent. Seems to be blurry and blah. It was a gift to a friend and she said it doesn’t give my original photo that was sent justifiable. I would like your refund process so I May return it to you with no charge. Thank you.”

“Never received my picture. I tracked the shipment and its saying return to sender? When I first ordered I input my PO Box. Then I received an e-mail from your company, saying the won’t deliver to a PO Box. I updated the address to my home, and never received the package. How can I get a refund?”

“I purchased 3 for gifts and one for myself. I wasn't sure if my pics would be clear or blurry when they were enlarged. They were perfect!! I got 4 16x0. I cried seeing mine.....my bosses were blown away at their unexpected gifts and my best friend will open hers soon. The shipping was exactly as stated and they are all so perfect and beautiful!
