“Price of print was great, but shipping ate up the discount, and I got charged sales tax on shipping. Sales tax applies to the sale price, not shipping.”

“Very poor. I tried to access my online account, entered my email address punter75@yahoo.com and entered "forgot password." Nothing happened. Then I tried to submit a message, and the system asked for a valid phone number. It refused to accept either my land line or two cell phone numbers I entered. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!”
