“Very poor. I tried to access my online account, entered my email address punter75@yahoo.com and entered "forgot password." Nothing happened. Then I tried to submit a message, and the system asked for a valid phone number. It refused to accept either my land line or two cell phone numbers I entered. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“I absolutely LOVE Easy Canvas Prints!! I have ordered many canvas prints from them!! They all have been absolutely awesome!! Only 1 canvas picture looked a bit blurry. Which I did tell customer service maybe I over edited the pic I wasn't sure, because I had NEVER gotten anything but perfect beautiful canvas prints from them. Easy Canvas still redid the canvas free and had 1 of there experts double check it and sent me a new one!! I just paid shipping! This place is amazing! Customer service is awesome!!”
