This is my second year of Home Insurance with One Call. Second year's (2017-18) premium is much higher than last year (2016-17) but I am reasonably happy.

I've not had to use my home insurance with One Call however, their renewal price was cheaper than what I had been paying for the previous year so kudos to them for customer service.

Not your representatives fault but you were unable to change my car insurance over to my new car, which I am collecting tomorrow, as the car is not showing up as registered yet. Audi have given me a 5 day free cover to get me on the road and I will now have to phone you back on Monday to sort out permanent cover. Not a very flexible system for dealing with new cars!

I found them very prompt and helpful with a claim where someone had reversed into my car First class service This was the first claim since I started driving over 45 yrs

This is the worst insurance company ever!!! They mis quoted the original package wanting to charge me an extra £25 for break down which they stated was included, they agreed to waver this then my partners date of birth was incorrect so I called to change it and they charged me an extra £20 and extra £15 admin. I stated I would cancel policy as within 14 days which they stated would cost me £48 pounds so basically I had to pay. Do not go with this company they are awful!!!

I received a letter to say my policy documents had been e-mailed to me, but this was not the case, I went onto live chat to explain this, and within 10 minutes the were delivered to my e-mail address. When I had tried to phone the company I was 28th in the cue and could wait up to 10 minutes, I would certainly use live chat again

The car insurance was easy to renew. The only problem I had was accessing my policy online using the pin provided. When I spoke to someone at one call they sent it via pdf straight away.
