“I phoned for a renewal to my existing household policy and was quoted a new price. I found this was an increase over last year's policy and was quite a bit more than another quote I had from Legal & General. So I was asked to hold the line and shortly after I was quoted a new premium which was only a little more than last year's. So although it was still more than L & G's I decide to stay with your insurance and paid for it right away.
