“When my notice of renewal arrived I phoned to see if it needed any alterations. Amy AA2 was very helpful and pleasant. She went through the insurance items with me and even managed to get a slightly smaller fee! She explained everything well and I felt as though my custom was valuable.”

“After purchasing the policy online I was a bit worried, because I had not received an email confirming the purchase. I rang the company and had to go through my details three times with different people. The third was AB6 - Anthony Bird, and at last I had found someone really helpful. I had understood that the policy included breakdown cover and protected no-claims, but found that the breakdown cover was minimal and I had to pay, I seem to remember, another £39 to get what I considered a reasonable cover. I also found out when the policy documents came that there was not any properly protected no-claims. It seems that it is some kind of broker condition that I don't really understand. I didn't find this out till later, otherwise I would have spoken to Anthony about it. He was very helpful, but I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get quite what I thought I was getting.”
