“Insured my car on the 10th June. Moved house 24th June 10 minuets down the road and had to pay an extra £112, even though I was told when I took out the policy that the insurance company would dismiss any admin charges as it was so close to the moving date. RD4 - REGAN was unable to take any discount off the policy even though I explained that I was previously informed the £35 admin fee would not be given.
Very unhappy and £112 worse off even though I have moved to a better village location! I won't be using the company again!!!”
