“After having a quote in line I phoned the number and after listening to all the options was put through to Kim who explained everything clearly and although I didn't understand some of the jargon,she explained it all. Eg what is a CCJ.
I was cut off and after a few attempts did get back to Kim to find out she had tried to call me which was nice.
