First time using one call, obtained quote through compare the market .com and found it competitive. HAd to ring and spoke to Kimberley Ref KB6 who answered my questions promptly and professionally. All in all, so far a very good service.

I am now going into my second year with One Call Insurance and I have been very impressed how easy it is to work with this company and even more delighted the price for my new policy is cheaper than last years! I would recommend them to any of my friends.

As we are moving and things a bit!!!! Very helpful to have thing made relatively simple to cover bot the old and new property at the same time, althongh we still don't understand why.

Very competitive praising. Quick and easy to deal with in a professional manner. Slight misunderstanding and difficulty in documents required. The scanning of the documents was difficult as it is assumed that everyone is up to speed with computers. Computers are not my thing, but a nessesit.

I found KB6 extremely helpful & informative, nothing seemed too much trouble, she made the whole quite arduous task of insurance renewal, simple & easy to understand/follow. Top marks & thanks again for all your help 10 out of 10.

I found the whole process with Kim at One Call easy, she made light work of some very arduous, boring, though important 'jargon/legalalities' & I was very pleased to take out a further years house insurance with One Calls very fair & reasonable rates. 10 out of 10.

Renewing my policy was easy, renewal premium competitive and had to call as I was emailed to say my payment could not be processed automatically. When I called I was assisted by AJ5 who explained that my card had likely been renewed since I paid my last premium, he talked my through the simple process of completing my renewal on the telephone and my document link was emailed the same day.

Very good, clear and smooth new policy. spoke with SW1 at One Call who was very professional. Very easy to set up the policy and great to have a UK call centre. My call was answered quickly.
