Whewn they arrived he greeted me, surveyed the debris, provided an estimate then proceeded to remove the debris into their trunk. They even work on Sunday, a very big surprise. My only regret is not offering the staff a TIP (the cost of the work would not allow it) and am truly sorry about that.”
