The insurance quote was the one of the best I had its has everything I need without having to pay any extra

Making a claim has been tiring. Had a not at fault accident at the beginning of November. Got the car back 2 and a half months later from the insurers repair team. During this time we have had no correspondence Other than one text to say the car would be ready a few weeks ago when it wasn’t. We had to return the courtesy car the day before we got our car back which was not convenient. We are still waiting to hear on whether the other party has admitted fault and whether we will receive our excess back as originally stated. Disappointed with the service and very poor communication.

I regret ever choosing this company. Worst service I have ever experienced from staff who give incorrect information, after it’s taken 5 days and several phone calls to get a response that is.

This is a short review of purchasing 1st Central insurance. I found them via Money Supermarket which links you directly to your quote. It's actually very simple to update your quote on their site if you need to, and payment and creating an account were also quite easy, as after you've paid it enforces having to log in to their hub. You can change some personal info in here too, which if you do it that way, you can avoid an extra fee. As for the products they provide, well, I've used them before, and I'm using them again. For the year. Until they send me a stupid renewal quote which forces me to change my insurance. So make of that what you will. They will not price match either, but not sure any insurance company does, I guess they just hope we forget.

Well, firstly how you did does not apply. I did all the work applying online secondly. ..charging me £50 To be a customer is a bit rich honestly! Maybe instead of "everyone is charging it" you broke away from the greedy crowdo more senior customers would come your way xxx Your website was simple for a non tech pensioner like me to follow. Still, better service than Saga gave me!!..and been with them for aaaaaaaages. ..thank you
