“I could not be happier with the service I received. I did not catch the name of my sales associate, but from the start he was EXTREMELY helpful. I am up against a self-imposed time crunch and he helped get the order placed quickly and shipped quicker than I thought. Highly recommend”

“Glad customer service called before they shipped. I had an adjustable bed that required special bed rails. If he hadn’t asked me I would have have to order them when they delivered the bedroom set. Also the explained the 5 year warranty is refundable if you don’t use it. Thanks for the help.”

They’re at the top of the their game 🤗l I’ve called several times concerning my account with katapult , each time they straightened the matter out for me.
