My customer service rep, Dawn, was incredible as she followed up each week over a period of 6 weeks with me to provide status updates from the manufacturer. “I was sent to damaged dressers and it took almost a year for them to properly get repaired I took about 100 phone calls the repair department whatever board they suck absolute joke and a half worst company ever truly you guys suck so bad I spoke with someone employees wasn’t even funny damaged goods I just love it the guy said I had 24 hours to unpack the boxes I’m a 57 year old I can’t unpack dressers that like that I’m not that strong freaking stupid idiots”
