“Ordered a couch and ottoman from 1stopbedrooms after finding it cheaper on their website than a local furniture store. Delivered in about 2 weeks with no issues and it looks just like the pictures and dimensions were accurate. Local delivery company had good communication and arrived on the date/time specified.”

Their efficient shipping further impressed me. However, a minor issue arose during the confirmation call for delivery when I was informed about an additional $200 charge for connecting brackets. This detail was not disclosed on the website, which I found misleading. While I appreciate the eventual adjustment to $100, the lack of transparency felt concerning. The representative's response, while professional, did not fully address my concerns. It's crucial for businesses to uphold transparency and clarity in their pricing policies for customer trust and satisfaction.”

“Couldn’t find hardware. After searching through the box 3 times, finally found stapled to bottom of the entertainment top. Other than that, easy to put together. Had done in two hours! Definitely will recommend to friends and family! Very awesome piece!”
