“I think the sales associate gives info before actually finding out if furniture is actually at the warehouse for shipment just to make a sale. Should be better informed of stock and what's available.”

“We were excited to visit and complete our order of our sectional for the living room. Everything was timely and delivery was confirmed. I was taken aback a little when I was told that our deal was delayed because suddenly... the free delivery was no longer valid. Out of the blue, to keep my order for my nearly ?$4000.00 couch, I had to fork outaround another $200.00. I was a bit Surprised. This was not our original deal. I discussed it with my family and we decided to pursue our original decision , but to be alert for fraud. The sectional was at first to be delivered in two weeks. With the delay of the delivery charge, it suddenly was to be delivered about a month later or possibly more. I sent the payment, but I was worried about not only the time but also the extra cash for a delivery that I had been led to believe would be free. However, I was informed that my purchase was going to arriving earlier than I ever expected. The very next morning, I received a phone call to inform me that the purchase would delivered in half an hour. The truck arrived and the two men brought it all into my living room. Then, they actually surprised me and put the thing all together. The young men were very polite and very friendly respectful. They were proud of their product and took the time to show me how to operate it. They showed me the best way to plug it in with the least amount of electric chords showing and being in the way. They made certain we were comfortable with their service and the merchandise before they left. I was impressed with their effort. I am still impressed with the sectional and the companies that worked with us to get our perfect product. Thank you.”

“Ian has no idea what my family has been going through so it was such a great feeling to get a representative who was professional, kind, and went above and beyond by checking to make sure these furniture pieces were in stock. It’s the simple things in life that mean the most. It was also awesome to call a company and get an actual person on the phone. He took his time and made sure I was happy with the purchase and had all my information in the system correctly. Ian is an asset to this company and makes me want to do business with 1StopBedrooms in the future. I’m so thankful after the long and stressful day we have had that I decided to call and the fact that I got someone so easy to talk with and nice made the experience even better. “The process of ordering online was simple and the prices were better than other online sites. Communication from the store was timely and I appreciated being informed that I would need an extra support for my bed, which I wasn’t aware I would need. I would’ve been disappointed to not have all the right pieces at once and not be able to set up my bed. The items haven’t been delivered yet but I’m looking forward to it. Appreciate the white glove service!”

“I found 1stopbedrooms.com by a google search when I was looking for a particular power loveseat. Their site was listed with several others that showed the item I was looking to purchase. They listed a great price for the one I wanted and I found the ordering process to be very easy and straightforward.
