“So far so good. I haven’t received my item yet. I was hoping to have a price adjustment When the price of the item went down two days after my purchase, but the first rep said it was too late. A second rep had to upgrade my shipping due to my location and comped it. Thank you!”

“Furniture looks great. Came well packed from Vietnam and assembled with relative ease. I may have received a leg with split wood as I heard it cracking upon tightening. Only other issue was on my delivery. I paid for “room of choice” but the delivery people had it marked front door so I had to refuse delivery and wasted a day.”

“They are unbelievably cheaper than others, yet deliver. So the living room set we ordered got delayed, probably due to weather n other reasons, I was scared, and thought, o my God!! these must be scammers, but the team at 1stop bedroom, Raymond in particular was awesome. He went above and beyond in assuring and convincing us not to cancel the order. We were glad for his patience n persistence because when they finally arrived ( earlier than speculated), it was such a beauty to behold. We had to order the remaining part of the set because it was just too beautiful.”

“I was very pleased with the bar stools quality once received. Very easy to put together. I would recommend this store to anyone. Not sure why but the 4 bar stools i ordered didn't come all at once. They came two one day then the other two came one at a time. Maybe it had nothing to do with 1stopbedrooms but with Fed Ex. I am happy and satisfied with my bar stools.”

“Steven from 1stop bedrooms was amazing and helping me to utilize my warranty for my couch after my dogs had damaged the cushion covers. He was very kind and helpful and even threw in some extras for the inconvenience of my situation. I greatly appreciated him teaching out to me and how professional and nice he treated me!”

“My two end tables were well made and packed securely; easy to assemble. The only odd thing was that for both shipments, the day I got a notice that they had shipped, I also got a notice saying my request to cancel was denied, even though I had not made any such request. They obviously have a glitch in their sofware.”

“We had searched at least five furniture stores for a dark wood coffee table with no luck. Almost all furniture related items are grey these days, so I turned to the internet. The table I found on 1stopbedrooms was as close to our existing wooden furniture as I could get, and it was highly rated online because it is made of solid wood, rather than laminated. I am very pleased with the quality of the table. I called 1stopbedrooms to ask about the difficulty of assembly. The call was answered almost immediately and the person I talked to assured me it was an easy assembly. It arrived on time and was not too difficult to assemble. There was the promise of an email giving me a tracking # when it shipped. I got the tracking number, but never got an update on shipment, so I called again. I was told it was packed and ready to ship, and it did arrive a couple of days later as expected. So overall I was quite happy with the furniture item and the service from 1stopbedrooms.”
