“This review is only in regards to the sales rep by the name of Joe. Joe display excellent customer service. He was very patient. He extremely knowledgeable about my request and about the product that I just purchased. Prior to me speaking to Joe I spoke with five different representative and they were very nasty. They transferred me I had a few that hung up. Again, I would like to thank Joe who provided outstanding and exceptional customer service along with a pleasant personality. Five stars to Joe.”

“I have recommended 1stopbedrooms to my friends and family. I saved a few hundred dollars buying from 1stopbedrooms. The dresser did have a little damage when it was delivered but one simple text message and the problem was resolved. This company is very easy to work with and everyone that I have spoken to or emailed have been amazing. I will be purchasing more from 1stopbedrooms in the very near future.”

“So we're moving and the nervousness of placing such a huge order and at a store you've never shopped at before is already at an all time high. But then, Charlie calls to verify the order, made corrections, added items I forgot and made me feel at ease. Best customer service I've had in ages. Thank you Charlie!!”
