“The salesman working with me was Kobe. I found him to be very personable, patient, well informed, and honest. I had originally planned on getting the oversized recliner but he suggested adding a couch so it would match the recliner. He was able to help me envision how much richer my living room would look, not to mention the great prices they were offering due to Labor Day. He reminded me that the prices would go back to their original pricing after today so I felt an urgency to take advantage of the awesome sales going on. He was very patient, suggesting I measure off the space where it would go to alleviate my concerns about it. While waiting for my card to go through he made some interesting small talk which really helped me to feel more comfortable and secure about my purchase. He confidently suggested the warranty & went over that with me so I was well informed about what the warranty covered if I had any problems. He totally alleviated any concerns so I could confidently add the beautiful couch to my order along with the warranty. He also told me about the white glove service they provide to deliver and set everything up for me. I would definitely shop with 1stopbedrooms again. Thank you Kobe for a job well done that was worth mentioning.”

“This was my first time shopping on this site. I was very worried about the product and if we didn't like it would we have a problem returning it.
