“I have only good things to say about the service person who spoke with me. We worked to meet my needs which happen to be a tiny living room, and I needed to do all the cart with a lot of the merchandise that I chose so we put together a sectional, and I’m very pleased with the idea that it turned out, in fact, I’m kind of getting a little bit anxious to get it, but the service rep was not only courteous and respectful had a nice sense of humor, and he made sure that he was paying attention to detail The reason for the four stars is simply that we can all improve someway or another. I have no criticism of this encounter.”

“I purchaned this 66" console to place my 77" TV on. It fits perfect with just an inch overhang on the ends. The console is very well made (no particle board) from solid wood and is pretty heavy as would be expected. The large unit arrive with only minor damage to an inside shelf. The glass panels were intact, which was a pleasant surprise. Even if the glass was broken it would have been easy to replace since the pane is attached with simple removable fasteners. No scraches or marks anywhere on the outside. It looks great and I am very pleased with this purchase. My only complaint was that the delivery date got pushed back twice which I blame on the holidays. I purchased this unit just after Thanksgiving. It took over 30 days to arrive.”

“Customer service was pleasant. However, the website did not state the item that I purchased would be on back order and not available in my state. So now I’m stuck with a transfer fee. And I also had to purchase the bed frame.”

“Joe, the representative who returned my call after I requested, was incredibly composed, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seem effortless. I already had the product in my shopping cart and just had a simple question. He then informed me that the couch I wanted could be upgraded to a memory foam mattress at a discounted price. When I expressed concern about the Guardian protection plan's negative reviews, he promptly switched it to the original factory protection with a full cash back if no issues arose after a 5-year term. He took control of my existing shopping cart, and it was all sorted. He was well-informed about the delivery process to my building, and from that point on, everything was smooth.”
