“Never heard of 1stop bedrooms until I was sourcing, to obtain the best price. Shockingly, I was able to snag two grand, firm-quality ottomans for the price of one at other high-end retailers. I will say the only negative is that I never received tracking and from purchase to delivery was over 1.5 weeks.”

“* Revised: Quick and accommodating service. Charlie realized I needed an additional platform, so I appreciate that! Due to schedule issues on my end, he also arranged to release my furniture on the 24th so it would be delivered at the right time! Super personable and helpful! This was five stars until I received FedEx notices tonight that everything is being delivered tomorrow between 11 and 2, instead of after the 24th when I will have recovered from my broken ankle surgery! Charlie, what happened?”
