“My experience with 1stopbedrooms was A+. The couch we ordered is amazing and I love it. My only complaint is we paid extra to have the delivery company bring it inside our house figuring it’d be the safest option since they’re “professionals” but we would have been better off doing it ourselves. With the couch still wrapped, it seemed fine but when we took the covering off, a corner of the couch was shredded down to the wood. While they were bringing it in, they must’ve hit it or scraped it on something which is frustrating. Feels like we paid extra for the delivery for no reason and now our brand new couch is flawed. But the delivery team has no reflection on 1stopbedroom themselves - I’d definitely buy from them again except I’d probably just choose to go a different route for delivery.”

“Ordering was easy and they contacted me right away when they had a question to complete the order. The dresser was delivered fairly quickly and in good condition. The driver called to let me know when he was in the area.”

“Prices were so good that we were almost concerned it was a scam! But everything went smooth, right up to the "through door" delivery. The customer service was great and responsive! No dealing with crazy long waits or language barriers - all the people I spoke with very informative and helpful. The automated tracking is not very accurate, but if you call they will provide you with the correct delivery information. Would definitely recommend to others and shop here again!”

“I received 4 bar stools that arrived in perfect condition. They are exactly as they were pictured. The ordering process was simple however the delivery took longer than anticipated as there was a delay from the manufacturer”
