“I haven't received my sofa yet, but the online ordering process was easy. Customer service required further authentication due to the fact my billing address is different from my shipping address. I appreciate this cautious measure. Simon was helpful, courteous and pleasant on the phone. So far, so good.”

“The packaging of item was superb, it took longer to unpack desk than it did to put it together, and thats a great thing, there was no way anything was going to be damaged. they take extreme care in their workmanship and packaging to make sure you get your it in perfect condition, we would definately buy from there again, thank you and your whole team, great job.”

“I have mixed feelings about 1stopbedrooms. When I initially purchased my bedroom set it was scheduled to ship out a few days after purchasing it. It ended up taking almost a month. Purchased Sep 8th and received Oct 9th. I had to by a support system for the bed that was $200, it consisted of three planks and some screws. Definitely over paid for that. But the bedset itself was worth the wait. Great quality and looks amazing in my room.”
