“I just purchased a new home and called in to place an order for a bedroom set. The person i talked to was very nice and helped me with my order for a chest of draws, chest of draws with a mirror and two night stands. I had problems figuring out what credit cards to bring most are max out. The person helping me was patient and kind. He finally got my cards to go through and O am very thankful for that. I will get my bedroom set delivery when I return from vacation.”

“I am having nothing but trouble with your firm. I have now spoken with 3 people and none is taking the responsibility to let me know where my sofa is. I asked to speak with the "manager"; I was told that you do not transfer calls I asked then to speak with Raymond and the lady I was speaking with hung up on me. What is going on? Where is my sofa? “I called today with 2 needs regarding a current order and an order I wished to place. Charlie was very friendly and professional and was able to assist me with both of my requests!! I waited in the queue for just about 2 minutes. I have not ordered from 1stopbedrooms before, but after reading reviews and speaking with Charlie, I will use them for future purchases!”
