“I spoke with Raymond & he helped me with a difficult situation. I wanted to remove an item and was having trouble. Now the items I want are still on their way with the original order. I move soon and really expected to have my order in the same time frame I expected. and Raymond made that possible. He turned my whole day around, can’t wait till my couches get here !”

“We absolutely loved this buying experience. We bought a sofa and two loveseats. We were expecting to wait a few weeks for delivery. It arrived in less than one week. The gentlemen that delivered our furniture could not have been more professional. This is my first time buying furniture online. We will certainly use 1stopbedrooms in the future.”

“The agent I spoke with was very helpful! I purchased a sleeper sofa and was not prompted to make a mattress selection, or even told that the mattress came separately. He updated my address, because I had a new shipping address, and helped me with my mattress payment. Great guy!”
