“I rate it 5 because Simon with sales was able to resolve my awful problem or else I would have rated it 1 - very poor! I had ordered a beautiful living set on sale. I never received it because it was discontinued by manufacturer. No one notified me it was discontinued and I would be not be receiving. After several phone calls, Simon was the one who finally was able to help me and also give me a small discount. Hopefully, I will receive my new sofa and loveseat in the next 3 weeks! We shall see!”
