“I ordered a king bed and a 12 inch mattress. Simon was my sales representative from 1 stop bedroom. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable of the products. He lent me his knowledge and then made recommendations for my needs. I mentioned that I recently had open heart surgery and told him what I needed to make my condition as comfortable as possible. He recommended a different mattress than what I had in mind and gave me a product number to look at while we were having our conversation. He was right on and I went with his recommendation. He was very pleasant to speak with. You have a very good representative for your company. You need to keep. I will recommend 1 stopbedrooms to family and friends because of his knowledge and kindness over the phone. I am looking forward to receiving the bed and mattress and a good nights sleep. “Amazing experience with the customer service line. Kobe was able to get me a cheaper price and faster shipping than a competitor, better coverage for stains/spills, and informed me of recommendations for the specific piece (the sofa doesn’t include attachments). I’m super impressed with how fast this all was and now I don’t have to go three months in my new house without a couch. Can’t wait until it arrives!”

“I have been shopping around the internet for the best price on the Ashley Savesto sectional. I had intended to order it online but had a question I needed to be answered before I could place the order. I'm so glad I called. First, I did not wait on hold at all which is a win right off the bat for me. Then the salesperson I worked with (Kolby, I think :-/) could not have been more helpful or friendly. He quickly reconfigured the sectional pieces I was ordering to best meet my needs and got me a price that I was extremely happy with. I did lots of research on this sectional and am hoping it lives up to my expectations. My experience with 1 Stop Bedrooms, though, exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using them again in the future should I have need for another piece of furniture.”
