“Love my new couch. Was a little uncertain as I read some reviews saying their furniture never came. I did reach out because I received multiple emails with different projected delivery dates stating being of July, middle and end of July. I orded my couch on 6/13 and received it on 6/26. Delivery guys were very professional. Couch looks great. Definitely would order again from them.”

“I had never heard of 1 Stop Bedrooms but I decided to place an order regardless since they had an amazing deal on an ottoman I wanted. Easy to order, kept me informed as to when the ottoman shipped and it arrived in mint condition. Thank you.”

“No customer service on April 23. Shortly after that they sent message saying due to Covid etc. etc. there would be delay in shipping but they'd have the order shipped out by June 16th did I want a refund or to wait. Since it would only be a couple of weeks I said I would wait. June 16th came and went - no delivery no contact from, store finally today june 27, I checked my order on their website and it said "due to be sent october 27". WTF? Do not use these people!”

“The bedroom sets is beautiful. Quality is great. Wish it didn’t take so long to get but well worth the wait. Had a small scratch but nothing a little touch up paint can’t fix. Very happy with it! Going yo get another bedroom set from here”

“I had an issue with my credit card company when trying to order online (fraud alert locked up my card) so I called 1stopbedrooms directly. I spoke to Cole who took my order over the phone. He was very patient because even when doing this the bank still had my card locked. We finally got through the process successfully. Cole kept reassuring that he was in no hurry, which reduced any stress in the process. Thank you, Cole! Looking forward to receiving this order.”
