“Website is very easy to use, followed up with call for delivery to know expected dates. But very poor tracking info. Item took longer than expected delivery wise and was delivered late and we already had to wait over a month and the couch never showed updated states or route where it was even with the tracking number”

“Delivered as expected. Took a little longer than I thought, and the abundance of notifications of delayed shipment was annoying and concerning at first, but I'm really hard to please. All in all, i got the loveseat i wanted in 3 weeks. At first i wondered if i got scammed, but the office calmed me down and gave me confidence. All in all good experience and i will shop 1stop again.”

“I was initially worried about my decision to purchase from 1 SB as I started reading many bad reviews. But despite what I read, the prices were just too hard to resist. I’m glad I made my purchase. Shipping was reasonably quick. The delivery guys did a great job setting my bedroom set up and removed all trash. The price was incredible and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and the bedroom set Is beautiful and very high quality. Yes I will be buying from them again!”

“I just completed my order and it was a piece of cake. I have to call customer service with questions and they were very responsive. I haven't received my sofa yet but I got it at a great price. It was $500 less than the same sofa a big box furniture chain. No complaints so far.”
