“The customer service representative was extremely friendly and helpful. I had to call to verify my shipping address before my order could be shipped, but he also took care of several other issues that I wasn't even aware of and maintained a pleasant conversation while doing so instead of sitting in an awkward silence like so many other companies will do while you're on the phone with a representative! I would have given 10 stars if possible!”

“My wife and I had been thinking about a new sectional for some time. We found exactly what we wanted. Their site was easy to navigate, they were prompt on the order and in one week, I was getting a call for delivery, and with the white glove treatment, I just watched it happen. 5 star service beyond any doubt, I will shop there again.”
