“My Salesman Mr.Raymond.Was.Very.Convincing.To.MeWhen.I.First.Told.Him.How.Bad.I Needed A . Durable Recliner Because I Contributed 32 Years Driving For U.P.S.(United Parcel 📦. Service). “Kobi with whom I spoke was very helpful after I was transferred from an initial intake phone call from CS. His attitude and seeming confidence & understanding by which he answered and assured me about specific questions/ concerns ( online accuracy,first quality) and also enabled me to take an opportunity for a bed support structure was nothing short of superior imo. Here is guy who makes it easier for the customer and any company is lucky to have if indeed his promises are delivered upon. Sadly many companies don’t grasp the impacting significance whereby so many current CS’s personnel just tune out the voice on the other side- they drop from the ‘go to’ companies. Btw, this level of stellar CS is not the case with other 1stop online companies. Hope this feedback lent some value.”
