“Their automated communications leave a lot to be desired - the anticipated arrival date kept getting pushed out further and further. However, once I spoke with a customer service agent (who contacted me extremely quickly) my concerns were resolved. I received my sofa in less than a week from order to delivery at a price several hundred dollars less than competitors. I was very pleased with the overall experience (aside from the automated emails) and would definitely consider ordering from them again.”

“We called looking for a dining table set to furnish an old 1903 home we recently purchased for a BNB. We could not find the complete set on any other websites when we call we spoke with Joe, and he was able to find us the exact table, and chairs and at an amazing price! He was helpful, professional and friendly and made our buying experience such a pleasure. I would absolutely recommend 1stopbedrooms to anyone looking, and have already told our friends.”
