“Kobi (spelling?) was FANTASTIC! He went above and beyond to help us and reassure us. Rarely do I see customer service so exceptional (and I work with a lot of CS people)! Seriously THE MOST professional and best service call I’ve ever been on. He even called me back when the order changed ro explain what would happen next. Thank you!!!!”
