“I looked at many companies before making my purchase and for what I wanted it was 1Stop Bedrooms that offered more for my money. The product appears to be just what I was looking for and the price was reasonable. In dealing with the company the representatives were professional and always willing to answer questions and provide assistance if needed. It was relatively easy to track my product and the company does a good job of keeping customers informed of any updates. I highly recommend 1Stop Bedrooms.”

“The initial sales support by Raymond was good and even saved us a few dollars on our order. The support team was ok but the stand our was Kristian Y was great and helpful through the process which included a claim for an faulty USB door on one side of t he loveseat and took care of the replacement and part which made the overall process stress free. I would recommended 1Stop for best prices, service and helpfulness Great JOB!”

“The representative incorrectly told me my sofa beds didn’t include the memory foam mattresses and charged me an extra $200. I went back and looked at my screenshots and the listing says it does include the mattress. I’m not happy about the extra charges and requested a refund. Waiting to hear back”

“My experience with 1 stop bedrooms was very positive. This was my first time ordering furniture online and I wasn't sure what to expect. 1 Stop had a variety of the item I was looking for, comparable to what I was seeing in my local showrooms and their websites and the price point was competitive as well. I was given about a 6 day delivery window which was over a holiday weekend. The item arrived earlier than the end of that range. After hours of researching online, based on the photos on 1 Stop's website, we felt that the item would be a perfect fit to go with other items recently purchased for our living room. When it arrived it was as seen in the photos with great quality and looks. With the simple instructions and the tool and hardware provided, I was able to unpack and complete the assembly in just a few minutes. I would shop online with 1 Stop Bedrooms again and I would recommend them to friends and family. *Note: The item did have a spot that was damaged on one of the corners. I believe this to be due to shipping. It was a pretty significant nick, however, I was able to use a furniture pen to color in the discoloration nick and now I don't think it would be noticeable to anyone that didn't know it's there. The item was large and heavy and the delivery driver was a young lady with FedEx, driving a mini-van. I'm a large guy and I had to unload the item and use my own hand-truck to bring the item into the house. So I can only imagine how the item was handled throughout its journey. I realize that 1 Stop has a say in who they use for shipping, but I don't hold them responsible for this issue. I put this on the delivery service.”

“I had ordered six chairs from another company back in Nov 2022; they recently told me the vendor sold out of the chairs. I saw the 1stopbedrooms had them! I ordered the chairs but had some additional questions on my purchase. I received the most exemplary customer service from Vera. I had several exchanges with her. She was always prompt in responding, and provided me with the information I needed to move forward with my decision. I am looking forward to getting my chairs and feel very fortunate I ended up purchasing from 1stopbedrooms. Vera deserves a huge kudos for her prompt, informative, courteous responses. Thank you Vera … you make 1stopbedrooms shine!”
