Lewis Priestly was our engineer and he was efficient polite and professional He explained everything he did and gave some good advice. He arrived when he said he would and kept in touch to verify his arrival Very impressed

New Boiler Purchase & Install: The whole process was so smooth and simple, each and every thing was explained nicely to me by the sales team before I made my decision to make this purchase. Engineer was also very polite and knowledgeable who came to install the boiler.

From start to finish the service was very good. I used them for boiler service and safety certificate x 3 and the engineer was very quick and efficient. If I was considering an annual plan I would use them.

Recently had a new boiler installed and I was so impressed with the engineer who arrived to carry out the install. He was friendly, polite, courteous and well informed which immediately filled me with confidence. The install was timely and went without incident thanks to the engineers skill set. There was no mess to tidy up afterwards as it was left clean and orderly. I would welcome this engineer back into my home without hesitation. Thank you so much!

My daughter in law (tenant) was very impressed with the installing engineer. Although the whatsapp survey did not highlight a problem with the installation the engineer managed to adapt and overcome it in a highly professional manner. He was very pleasant and friendly and was highly competent in ensuring the new boiler was well fitted. Thanking him on behalf of my satisfied tenant.

24/7 contacted me by phone to make the annual service appointment date, Apparently not possible to give a set time (8am to 5pm), but the engineer phoned 30 minutes before he arrived. The engineer was friendly and did a good job. He was finished in approximately 30 minutes. No problems at all.
