Takes to long until order arrives!

I ordered 3 items and only received 2 of these. I did not receive an email to tell me when the items would be dispatched and I believed there had been a mistake and have been waiting for my 3rd item, which looks like it isn't coming at all. I have been asked to review the site. Very disappointed and out of pocket. I will be asking for my refund now.

Awful quality clothing and rubbish service to go with it, also the clothing I ordered was advertised online in a box and presently nicely but when I received it, it looked awful I am not impressed. I requested a full refund and was told I can have one exchange only then was told the manger would contact me but he has failed to do so which led me to this. so now I have sent the clothes back and have not received a refund. AWFUL SERVICE I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING FROM YOU AGAIN.

Only half my order came. Then when I needed to talk to someone about finding my offered I was left to talk to a computer for half an hour. I was really looking forward to this order as well, very disappointing, very poor work.

hi this is my first time to purchase from your website. the experience has been very poor. clothes ordered have still not arrived. The event they were ordered for is now over. Way too short jogging bottoms! I’m only 5”4 yet they barely reach my ankle! Nothing like the picture at all!

Since making this order I have nothing but problems, I ordered the top thinking I was paying for a next day delivery that did not happen, within this time I tried to talk with you on your online chat they too over a day to reply to just to we will look into it I still have not had a response that way, finally getting reply on my email to be told my order was on a standard delivery and that delivery is 2 to 4 days, even if that's the case it now 4pm on the 4th day and I still have not received my order, this is the worst experience I have had with an online order and this is how purchase most of the things I buy.

The quality is so disappointing :( every piece of my order has stitching failures and the logo band is washed out white...like grey. The sizes are too large...so sad.

Ordered the ox blood bottoms and crop top set and received only the top, and some different cheap leggings which were a completely different colour, not impressed
