Was told package would arrive in a certain time frame as I was ordering the shirt to wear for an event. received no updates whatsoever. Could not track my order at all and the websites says it’s been shipped but I don’t have any evidence of that.

I can see that you checked out with Standard delivery which can take 7-10 working days to reach you. I did select to deliver my order to location suggested by 304 clothing instead than to my house because I was not going to be at home. However royal mail try to deliver twice to that location unsuccessfully. So I still don't have the order with me and I can't go to royal mail because I don't have the paper they leave with me.

I ordered a pair of pants on 2/14/19 and it showed no further shipping updates after 2/15/19. I contacted the customer service but I did not get a response. Very poor service!

Sent 4 emails and didn’t get a reply when I finally got a reply they said they would send me a returns label in an email. And they never sent one

Easy to navigate around. The website itself is quite good. The quality of clothing I received as opposed to the pictures portrayed on the website is highly disappointing. No substance to the jumpers I received at all.

I ordered a jacket for my grandson as a Christmas present on 12/12/18. Order No Y6KZ6Q. The money was taken from my account. The jacket never arrived and there was no communication from this company. After my daughter gave them a bad review they eventually sent me a comment on 7/1/19 saying they had did not have a large size in stock. I have asked them to refund me the £49.99 they have taken from my account. Surprise, surprise - no answer.

Very poor quality on the tracksuits ! I have sent back 2 tracksuit hoddies and 2 tracksuit bottoms ! Very poor for the price I paid for!!!!!!

Terrible customer service, order never arrived and no reply to messages chasing order. Had to purchase a last minute gift Christmas Eve even tho order was placed at the beginning of December
