“First time ordering from 304 Clothing loved the styles and designes of their t-shirts, but after washing once the top looks extremely worn and cheap, I washed it following all correct settings but still came out looking as if it was ready for the bin. Really disappointed and a waste of money :(”

“Sizing guide was absolutely terrible, I’m usually a medium, bought extra large as was the only size they had left in a hoodie I wanted and couldn’t even fit into it! Took me ages to sort out a refund, as they ignored my messages! Very disappointed”

“I ordered something on the thursday 24th of may at 9am so i was eligible for free 'next day' delivery, it is now wednesday the 30th may and it still hasnt arrived, i have taken into account that the bank holiday monday can make deliveries hardwork but i have tried to contact both pages on instagram and they both left me on read and offered no help whatsoever, all i wanted to know was where it was if they could track it or not, even if they couldnt track their orders i just wanted a reply. i love the clothing range they have and i bought a mystery box that cost me £75 so its not like its just a £15 t shirt!”

“Twice I've ordered with 304 and twice ive had a bad experience, the 1st none of the clothes fitted, ordered XL but wouldn't fit, more suitable for my 10 year old nephew. Returned the item where they refused to refund me due to the items being supposedly damaged?? they eventually offered me a credit note. Second time, recieved a 50% voucher went to the check out to finalise order, could end use credit note with discount voucher. Contacted customer services who said they can't help! Unfortunutly another one of them pop up clothing brands trying to make a quivk buck with poor quality clothing! Lesson learnt, stick with know brands.”

“I ordered the mesh leggings , wore them and ended up covered in black clothes dye that stained my skin for 3 days wich I even took photos off out of pure disbelief then washed them and the black dye ran into the white strip and dyed that aswell, so my new leggings are ruined and I actually loved the fit and style, very dissapointed 😔!!”

“Paid for Saturday delivery, no arrival until Monday. Clothing not true to size, medium is large, large is medium.”

Hi, Are you able to send us your order number to verify this? I believe we may have spoken to you on Live Chat and you ordered at 10.30PM Friday evening after the 3PM cut off for Saturday delivery. “Great with delivery and receiving . But refund is very long winded and drawn out process. Still waiting for mine or even a confirmation they are going to process is after 2 week s of them receiving the items back”
