“This was a very disappointing experience for us. Have used 365 tickets UK before and apart from saving us a fortune there were no problems despite my American family changing their minds every 2 minutes. Having booked on-line 2 adult tickets to the London Eye and receiving a order status of 'Complete' and printing off, when we got there they wouldn't accept the voucher. It was not made clear that these were not the tickets. It said make sure that you have paper copies of tickets - which we did, just not the right one. I had to pay again. There is no point in putting a picture of a printer on the page without telling the customer that this is where the voucher is.”

“I found the site simple to understand ,very easy to pay, but a bit confusing when it came to printing out 'tickets' as it is just a voucher in exchange for tickets at the venue.I hope so anyway, but it wasn't as clear as it could be. I resisted making a call to check, hope it's all ok!!”
