“The booking process was easy and no problems were encountered. However, at the end of the booking process, I was told our group booking was going to have an automatic security review and that an email voucher would be sent as soon as the security clearnace was obtained. This email message never came, although our booking was for the next day. Luckily our group leader took the order confirmation print out from the website and this was accepted at the attraction with a letter of authorisation.”
