“Found it difficult to compare ticket prices and packages. Bought a combo ticket for Madam Tussauds and London Eye but no option to select timings which I would have preferred. Cr card payment failed initially and the email reminder that my bag was not checked out seemed to send me to a link with a higher price of ticket than initially was on my shopping bag. Constructive criticism only. Would use the site again.”

“Brought our tickets here before flying to Salou in Spain, for PortAventura park. Was easy and straight forward to do. Once arrived at PortAventura park we found it was pretty pointless buying these tickets as we still had to que to get them exchanged for tickets to enter the park. Please also be advised you need your passport or a photo copy of it to get your tickets to enter the park. We didn't know this but thankfully someone in the hotel told us before we went there.”

“My review Is for loropsc, Tenerife,must got back, so very up to date! One or two things to say, the parc is great, getting the tickets and help was great,but encounter slight hiccups,warnings for others, if you go to loropsc from Los crristianos area, be warned it takes1-1/2 hrs by ciacjph, be sure you no the name of the coach,where it will drop you off and pick you up! Take the coaches number, when you get there it's great, but watch out for the return journey! Hundreds of coaches going back at the same time, to diffrent resorts,if you miss it, tough! So be awear Also my ticket was exchanged by a lovely lady for a loropac voucher. But when I got to hand it in,nether was a bit of confusion,they had to get a supervisor, but sgphevsaid it was fine, in I went! So just a few things to be awear iof, in case it happens to you!, but if you go from Santa cruise area, it's very close! Enjoy the shows are mega fantastic, look out for other animals!!!”

“I wanted to go to the Tower on Friday 7 nov so searched the webbsited and found 365Tickets I was pleased with the price and decided to purchase tickets .I was able to print off the necessary paper work and I went to the Tower with my school friend.I was quiete satisfied with your siteThankyou, Elizabeth Hawkins”

“Fairly easy to proceed through the process of obtaining Tower of London tickets , until we came to the final part of payment ,when we could not open up the basket for payment. Having telephoned 365, we were advised to re-enter using Google Chrome and then there was no problem to complete the process. Will definately use again.”

“I am 82 years old and not all that proficient on computers!! However, after one or two little mishaps on your site, I did manage to complete the task I had set myself and managed to purchase the tickets I required. I would like to add that some sites I have been on recently I have had to admit defeat and have had to ask for a great deal of help. “Fine to book the tickets. I noticed that the unit price increased daily. I thought that the hidden charges for using ANY means of payment is deceitful. Why should we have to pay for buying? That means that the saving on the gate price is minimised. Why do you not just make the unit price, the final price? I don't like the lack of transparency. Thanks and over and out.”

“Had a job to get to pay, ast, I kept being asked to pick a payment method, an it would not allow me, but after a few try's it worked, and it was accepted, but then I had a big problem with printing the tickets, they kept smudging, it was not the printer, I printed other stuff off, with no trouble, but after 8 trys I managed to get one good copy.”
