Hi, As in the description and on the confirmation page it informs you that due to high demand tickets are processed manually so you have official Disneyland Paris tickets in priority of order date. If you require your tickets now please email in and we can process them. Thanks

“I would like to book tickets for London Duck tours, but the server stops functioning at check out. I select my tickets and add to basket and then nothing happens. Window pops up - Adding Products and then it hangs. I would love to complete my purchase - so if you can help or confirm if this item is available or not, that would be helpful”

“I was very nervous because it took almost 3 weeks to get the email with the voucher to print our tickets. Before I ordered, I saw that the site said that the order would be processed within 2 hours or in times of high demand, in order of date of trip. I understand and appreciate that. The catch is that we will be traveling for two weeks before the tickets are needed, and I desperately wanted to print them before leaving home. HOWEVER... customer service was excellent and they made sure that the order was processed in time for me. I would recommend using this company, but make sure to be proactive about requesting the tickets if you aren't getting them in a timely manner.”

“Hi This is the second time making a booking through this site. I find everything amazing the deals,prompt reply if faced with a issue but it is highly disappointing that we must at any cost take printout. It would be of great convenience if we could just show the confirmation on the mail or may be show it on our smart phone.”

“I would like the opportunity to book a specific time (not just the date) for combo tickets. That said, 365 definitely offered the best flexibility on combo ticket bookings - other sites were cheaper (I paid more at 365), but you had to start at a specific event to collect the tickets - 365 allowed me to choose the order of events. I would really like to see 365 allowing tickets to be transferred to iPhone passport.”

“The website offers great deal for my Shedd Aquarium ticket. I would rate it 5 stars if the site make more awareable of what service wasn't included in the ticket. It didn't say anything about the ticket I got on their website didn't include the 4D experience.”

“Easy website to use and book tickets, however I do think it's rather unfair to charge admin charge of £3.50 and also charge again for using cards as there is no other option to pay, and seeing as all tickets must be printed out there really isn't that much for admin to do.”
