“Website was easy to use but I signed up for the news letter with 2 different email address over the course of 4 days and only received an activation email after I participated in a online chat on Sunday with an operator. I am still waiting for the activation email for another email address I gave on Sunday and today is Tuesday. Other than that it was OK.”

“Had a problem processing the order and printing tickets. Called 365 and the representative was outstanding, stayed on the phone and guided us through until everything was resolved. We were very impressed with the customer service.”

“I was slightly dubious, even though the ratings were great by previous visitors. Would recommend highly to everyone, simple straightforward instructions on the voucher on where you need to go on the day. I emailed them on the day in the morning and got a immediate reply.”

“I did not print out the tickets, thinking they would be e-mailed to me. They were not e-mailed. I then had to contact customer services (who were very good) to ask for further help.”

“Good and great value. Maybe in near future you can have the voucher sent to mobile devices thus the printing difficulty when you travel and not sure about the dates is solved. Otherwise we entered everywhere without queing :)”
