“Website was easy to use but I signed up for the news letter with 2 different email address over the course of 4 days and only received an activation email after I participated in a online chat on Sunday with an operator. I am still waiting for the activation email for another email address I gave on Sunday and today is Tuesday. Other than that it was OK.”

“When searching for the tickets the front screen said that I could use my movie to present tickets, but once I purchased them I had to print out tickets due to the mobile service not being available.”

“Site is easy to navigate. I have received quite a quick response to my questions via online chat. The only downside is you have to commit to a certain date for your visits. it would be better if you introduce a multi day interval and provide flexibility.”

“Unfortunately I booked the wrong date for our Eiffel Tower dinner. I'm waiting for a reply as to weather I'm able to change the date. Hopefully with 8 weeks notice this will be a positive outcome.”
