“I would have given a higher overall rating had I not encountered the problem of printing the tickets. When I sent an email enquiring how was I to print them since I was staying in a hotel, I was informed to go to an internet café and print them there. I suggest that a system be introduced wherein they can scan the barcode from the phone, thus avoiding of having to print the tickets and saving on paper.”

“The service was good. My only gripe, if anything, was that visiting Windsor Castle for a day trip cost me the same as buying it on the gate. I found out from a customer assistant at Windsor that I could have had a free pass for 1 year if I was a gift aider and paid at the Windsor gate that day. Sadly, they wouldn't let me have this offer as I had bought online. Having said that, it was an amazing day and the 2 hours spent in the castle was brilliant. I would go again but maybe pay on the day.”

“Got my ticket into St Paul's Cathedral promptly.it was helpful because I bought the ticket for 16 pounds on the day of entree. You have to buy the ticket a day earlier if you buy if from St Paul's website for 16 pounds. At the door, tickets are 18 pounds. Not a huge difference but still, a small saving. The ticket from 365 has to be printed or else, you will not get access. There is a tourist information Center literally 4 mins away from the entrance doors who are generally happy to print it for 20 pence.”
