“I bought tickets for the Tower of London. The discount shown was rather misleading as the tickets were the same price as buying directly through the Tower of London website, but these had the advantage of being able to print them off, which meant 365Tickets got our business.”

“Although I printed tickets for Kew Gardens, on entry I was told it was not valid as a ticket as their bar code reader was not set to accept it. I then had to re-join the long queue and exchange my 365 ticket (which had the Kew Gardens logo on it) for their on tickets. I had purchased tickets in advance so save time, as we were on a limited stop over.”

“I think this is a good site and provides more cost effective ability for families to visit special events and places of interest. Tourism and entertainment events are becoming very costly and therefore exclusive for some. However, my only comment would be that for Australians using this site as we access through a .com.au site it is not obvious that when paying it is considered an international transaction and therefore the savings on ticket prices can be eaten up by additional charges. Overall I will continue to seek information from 365 tickets but now know that additional fees will apply and sometimes may not be worth purchasing from the site. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Melbourne Sealife Aquarium with our 5 yo grandson recently. Thank you.”

Hi Sahar, Thank you for your review. Just to explain, prices change depending on the season you are booking your tickets for. The date you booked to visit Kensington Palace is during their peak season which is why the price changed. You would see this before you added this to your basket. Kind regards, 365tickets
