I ordered hinges for an older NEFF main oven door. Looking at the website the hinges looked like the ones I required and so I ordered them. When they arrived they were obviously incorrect for my model. When I contacted 4OURHOUSE they could not have been anymore helpful. They refunded my payment very quickly and identified the correct part number but unfortunately the hinges are no longer available from NEFF. NOT A 4OURHOUSE PROBLEM. in my opinion this company are reputable and a joy to deal with.”
